STAR PROMOTIONS

Is a commercial limited liability company based in Sweden and its official year of registration is 2005 within Sweden ’s Patent and Corporate Registers. However, its modest start began twelve (12) years ago in 1993 under the simple concept of “Entertainment”. During those years many varied amusing events were conducted. That’s when we really began to explore individual representation and management of entertainers, athletes, fine artists or those professional organizations related to the industries of their clients.

SP continues to strengthen and develop its core business in the EU, with a view toward accommodating client’s requirements as they seek, or in fact, expand internationally and globally.
   

SP FOUNDERS

Elizabeth Blania-Kacprzyk: Board Member & Vice President 

For over twenty five (25) years Elizabeth Blania-Kacprzyk (EBK) has engaged in commercial activities in Sweden. Since 1980, she has concentrated on the textile and apparel market. This experience has permitted enormous, pragmatic benefits in the application and methodologies of marketing and business. EBK as designer and manufacturer of her own collections has also participated in many exhibitions and fairs in Europe. This "hands on" approach, has refined her development in contact communications and management. EBK is at the core of SP inspirations and implementations. Interestingly, her educational background is quite different; she is a graduate Medical Analyst (Poland) and attended the Biology Faculty of the University of Lund, Sweden and the Chemistry Faculty in Ronneby, Sweden. More impressively, EBK is the Creator and Founder of Polish Women's Association International  www.polkainternational.com
 
Orvin Lucjan Kacprzyk, J.D.: Board Chair & President

Orvin Lucjan Kacprzyk, J.D. (OLK) is an active, licensed Attorney and Counsellor at Law with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, USA,  but with a concentrated and extensive practice in Central Europe and the European Union. His background includes civil litigation and complex negotiations. He is the singular non-Polish member of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Poland . For many years he represented the European Media giant Modern Times Group (MTG: the source of brand name communications such as: TV Shop; Metro Newspapers; ViaSat Television; various Radio Stations; Tele2; and others). Currently he advises MTG TeleText; Poland Central Property Developers; and several other significant interests in the EU. His background through structured legal, marketing and business fuse to support and enhance SP initiatives.

Sebastian Tomaszewicz: Consultant Communications

Sebastian Tomaszewicz is currently studying at the College of Arts , Culture & Communications at Malmö University , Sweden specializing in Interactive Design. His immediate past achievements include graduation from South Hill Junior High School and thereafter, distinguished graduate from Celsius High School in Malmö, where the curriculum was predominantly conducted in the English language. He also was awarded the prestigious Youth Enterprises Business English Award ( First Place for Southern Sweden ) presented in Calgary , Canada in 2001. He is also fluent in Swedish and Polish languages. His future plan is to enter the renowned Łódź ( Poland ) Film School for Directing and Animation. In SP his roles will be focused on internal and external multimedia communications; as well as, exposure to all business areas through various projects.

SP boldly launched this business enterprise by identifying “Stars” from Poland , a nation where +40 million citizens reside (with a reserve of an expatriate community of +17 million persons world wide - constituting an impressive consumer base) and creating venues for various performances, primarily targeting concentrated expatriate markets.

CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF OLK ETB

SP Founders EBK and OLK are well practiced and conversant within the entertainment and sports industries and their markets; reliably interconnecting business and legal issues. Thus, SP clients receive current, fact based strategic advice and opportunities complimented by seasoned, practical experience for the formulation of commercially sustainable programs. Moreover, these relationships are enhanced by an intimate understanding of the specific concerns, priorities and criteria of each party involved in the transaction – that in turn is the Star Promotion product: competitive advantage that adds value through unique perception.

Star Promotion (SP) also recognizes the importance of maintaining creative navigation methods in journeying through the ever changing constellations that guide the futures of “Stars”. Realizing that many of its clients are confronted with new voyages to territories and conditions earlier unknown; SP first attends to providing fundamental services to insure a fulfilling personal, professional and commercial result.
